I was the interactive creative director for the launch of the T-Moble Concept Stores while at Publicis in the West. The thinking and design of stores allow the consumer to explore the products and services at their own pace.
Some of the notable features were; a sound track consisting of up and coming indy artists, touch sensitive kiosks for both products and services, free use of wi-fi (T-Mobile HotSpots product), a lounge with very comphy sofas and a video wall the width and height of the space.
There were three vendors working on the interactive portion of the store, my team at Publicis was incharge of all the user experiences plus interface and usabilty.
